Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to manage key client accounts, improve online reputations, and oversee various online presence campaigns. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Online Reputation Management:
- Manage and enhance clients’ online reputations across platforms such as Google, social media, and review sites.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, remove negative/false content, and implement strategies to improve overall star ratings.
- Address and mitigate unwanted online content, such as news articles, court records, and YouTube videos, adhering to platform-specific guidelines.
- Stay updated on changes to review platforms and search engine algorithms to develop innovative tactics that support client goals.
Campaign Oversight:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies, including building websites, creating and managing content, and overseeing social media accounts.
- Research and pitch content opportunities aligned with clients’ brand and campaign objectives.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, brand alignment, and SEO optimization.
- Oversee project workflows, including managing content pipelines and budgets.
Client Communication:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates via email or virtual meetings.
- Deliver detailed monthly reports on campaign progress, results, and recommended strategies.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with an international team to meet evolving client needs, develop standard operating procedures, and implement system improvements.
- Contribute ideas to enhance services and adapt to challenges in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, with experience in professional writing and customer service preferred.
- Ability to craft professional, error-free emails and explain complex concepts clearly.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, adapt to unexpected challenges, and proactively find effective solutions.
- Capacity to follow detailed processes while introducing creative strategies to improve results.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple client accounts, tight schedules, and varied responsibilities.

Preferred Skills & Tools:
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, Upwork, Vendasta, Fiverr, Calendly, and Scribehow is beneficial.
- Experience with SEO tools, generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT), Google Search Console, Knowledge Panels, Autocomplete, and Google’s Results About You tool is also a plus.
